Terms and Conditions
Payment & Confirmation
Registrations are billed and charged by London Spine and Pain Clinic Ltd. (2 St. Marys Road, Tonbridge, England, TN9 2LB). Upon receipt of registration and payment, the Symposium Secretariat (CONGRESSLINE LTD) will send confirmation to all participants. If confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact the Symposium Secretariat via email at huba@congressline.hu.
Payments sent after June 7th, 2026, may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
Online payment accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and China UnionPay credit and debit cards. A card number with an expiry date, CVC code, and postal code is needed.
Cancellations
- 100% refund of the registration fee (minus the £25 administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before May 10th, 2026.
- No refund of registration fees in case of cancellation is received after May 10th, 2026.
